PERSONALISED COACHING

Our proven personal training system is created exclusively for women, and has been designed to ensure you stick to the program and even works for those that hate going to the gym. 

INTRODUCTION SESSION

Yor 21 Day Challenge kick-starts with a 45 minute consultation, where we will discuss your goals and health and fitness history.

You'll step onto our cutting edge ACCUNIQ body composition analyser, get to know your body better, then together we'll create your training plan and set some fitness goals – all trackable and achievable!



NUTRITION SUPPORT

A flexible approach,
providing you with nutrition fundamentals and our ChickBox Nutrition Guide, so you can gain results without restriction, and approach nutrition in a more sustainable and compassionate way. 








GOAL SPECIFIC TRAINING

We don't believe in a one-size fits all approach.
You’ll be coached through a programme that has been specifically designed to help you reach your fat loss, strength or muscle building goals.

WHAT'S INCLUDED AND HOW MUCH IS IT?

The Challenge is £119 – this includes a group coach consultation at the start, so we can get to know you and guide you on your 21-Day training plan.

Full movement screening using cutting edge body composition technology, dedicated coaching via our small group personal training sessions, nutrition resources and a welcoming introduction to our supportive all-female community.

 

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We offer a wide schedule of sessions, every Monday to Friday, times ranging from 6am up to 7:30pm, plus on Saturday morning from 7am.

A selection of LIVE Zoom sessions are available, if you can’t make it to the gym. Pick the sessions that work for you over 21 Days.

We're located on the outskirts of Eastbourne Town Centre, above Phoenix Boxing Gym. Our address is 142 Langney Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8AQ

WHAT IF I MISS A FEW DAYS?

Not every day needs to be a training day.

We believe in a balanced and sustainable approach to training. Our rest and recovery days are just as important as our training days. 

If you sign up to the challenge and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the 21 days, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – so you can still get the most out of your experience.



WHAT IF I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER 

We love that you are ready to kick-start your fitness and we also love coaching women from the ground up.

You might have avoided sports at school or are coming to fitness later in life.

We believe that fitness is for all and it's our mission to create spaces where all women can thrive at any stage of life.

Your fitness goals and why is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.  We'll coach you to get fitter and stronger over the course of the 21 days.


DO I NEED TO START STRONG?

No Chick. At ChickBox, it's not just about getting physically stronger; mental strength is just as crucial.

It's about tapping into the strength to tackle new challenges, showing up on the days when life feels tough, refusing to give up, and ultimately getting to know your body better inside and out.

You are always stronger than you think and together, we will help you grow and thrive.


WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE?

That's your call. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we'd love to welcome you to the community as a fully fledged Chick. We’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward.

If you decide that ChickBox isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go.
